With more than 25 years of experience in leading e-learning design and development and digital product development across various industries, Lee Fung is highly regarded in the industry for her keen understanding of innovative eLearning trends and methods in instructional design.

Lee Fung has extensive experience in the digital education and content publishing space. She led the digital transformation for two news and media organisations and was the Head of Digital Product Design for Pearson Education in Singapore & Malaysia.

Today, Lee Fung leads eLearning designs for major clients in Singapore and the region. She leads Learning Experience Design (LxD) Workshops where she shares best practices for designing Meaningful, Memorable and Motivational eLearning. Lee Fung helps clients integrate design thinking techniques into the eLearning design process and adopts Action Mapping for analysing performance problems, identifying solutions and designing activities that challenge and engage learners to help build and accelerate expertise.

Lee Fung’s LxD clients include major corporations in the region such as Petronas, Tradewinds, Galaxy Entertainment Group, and Co-operative Institute of Malaysia.

Lee Fung has a degree in Science with Education and completed the INSEAD International Executive programme, the Advanced Certificate for Training and Assessment as well as the Phillips ROI Consultant Training.
